Shanti Kamal Residence

The key objectives of this project include maximizing space efficiency, creating a visually open environment, and incorporating a modern design approach with subtle accents. The goal was to design a home that feels spacious, comfortable, and well-curated.

This project overview outlines the design and execution of a residential site designed to balance warmth, functionality, and modern aesthetics within a compact 1750 sq.ft layout. The home reflects a clean yet inviting design language tailored to the client’s lifestyle.                                                                                                                                                

The residence spans 1750 sq.ft and is configured as a 3 BHK. The challenge was to thoughtfully plan each space to ensure optimal functionality without compromising on aesthetics.

The design focuses on soft, neutral tones paired with selective highlights in color and texture. Elements such as wall paneling, warm lighting, and custom furniture pieces enhance the overall look while maintaining a minimal and cohesive feel.

A mix of PU finishes, laminates, and subtle textures have been used to create a balance between durability and aesthetics, along with carefully curated furnishings and lighting elements.
