Hiranandani Estate Residence

The design focuses on creating larger, more open living spaces while maintaining a sense of warmth and functionality throughout the home.

This project outlines the design and execution of a 1500 sq.ft residence at Hiranandani Estate, Thane, originally configured as a 3 BHK and thoughtfully converted into a spacious 2 BHK to better suit the client’s lifestyle.

A soft, neutral palette combined with wooden accents, subtle textures, and elegant lighting elements enhances the overall aesthetic, making the space feel both refined and inviting.

The reconfiguration allowed for more expansive common areas, improved circulation, and a more comfortable spatial experience. Carefully curated furniture, layered lighting, and clean detailing come together to create a cohesive design language that balances practicality with understated sophistication.
